On my waaay!!
Although I wanted to post about my equipment,I couldn't make it, I left all the preparation for last moment, didn't make pictures...But good news is I am now on the ship to Huelva.....which is 36hours long, and was supposed to arrive at Huelva 20:00, But it arrived late, and will leave Gran Canaria(my home for last 8 months) late.If You find this surprising, dont, it's Spain, and they are almost always late and have no rush to do anything.dont get me wrong,I'm not complaining it's just a fact. But as a nation they're very friendly,open-minded and I feel very safe living here....except there is the danger of Latino music(it kills me)I can't wait to arrive!! Keep you posted

Indirect way I prepared
Work=Force*Distance & Force=Mass*Acceleration, probably the only formulas that result usefull in real life, why do I mention this? Because D=W/M*A, inverse proportionality between mass and distance,so the less You weight, the more distance You can overcome, using same amout of work. So when cycling the mediterranean coast, the less I weight the better right? But I didnt think of this in january when I started loosing weight,I didnt even know I would do this crazy trip....What happened back then?I ran my second marathon, Gran Canaria Marathon,to stay clear, the 42 km,not 21 or 10...the full god darn thing...Needless to say,it went horrible, why? because I somehow woke up weighting 72kg,when during 2016 my weight would mostly oscilate between 62-68kg(I'm around 1,69-1,70m)I did my 1st marathon(warsaw one) weighting 64
And my bmi was already telling me I am overweight. While running every 100grams matters,so always remember to do a decent "number 2" before training/competing ;) Anyways,I made a huge progress from then,I now weight 58-59kg,but still have to very much control what I eat and train at least an hour a day(everyday!) but this IS the price I am willing to pay,to look good.
I am not proud of how I achieved this,I must be honest, first I tried fasting, going 3 to 5 days without eating absolutely anything, but the other days of the week I would just eat it all back..so that didnt work very well, and then I simply started "throwing back" the food I ate....Very unhealthy way, made me get throat infection, could barely talk or laugh, and my teeth are ruined, but besides ocasionally doing that,I used my bike.EVERY morning 1 or 2 hours of pure cardio,in two jackets, keeping at least 36km/h....On average that lets me sweat out 2kg,and its better than running, because it doesnt ruin your knees and feet, and lets me maitain a decent speed and technique, while running after 20minutes technique evaporates, specially when running in 26C
And I finally did it,finally dropped under 60kg since 5 years?Jeez....
As you can see,not skinny xD And this running,my gosh!flexed in hips, legs in front of me,not directly under me(forcing forward the center of mass),head forward, not upward...painfull to look at
Thanks to my bike and sweating out my soul every morning, its over :D(btw sweating is very healthy, lets all the toxic stuff out)
And now cycling 1,5h a day began to be my routine(this is what pushed me to cycilng through europe)Also I must say that vegan diet, and vegan keto diet helped a lot.My family generally avoids big amounts of carbohydrates and protein,so we dont consume gluten(bread,or pasta of any kind),cereals,beans(-peas),rice,sugar&fruit(we consume berries once a week max) no juice(just cola....ah yes coca cola zero, probably my biggest addiction, ang best substitute for sweet stuff)....
So in generall we maitain blood sugar under 100 mg/dl easy(both after or before meal)
But,before You think....so how did you get fat? let me tell you...I love sweets...they're my weakness, and I would binge a lot when my family wasnt looking,bc Im ashamed to eat trash in front of people in generall, but when I realized my bmi was officially overweight...it was time to change
So to sum this all up,I lost weight, not intentionally for this trip, but it will definitely be lot easier without those almost14kg. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to talk a little about the equip I have&bought for my bike

The roads I chose
I have planned my trip to as near the sea as possible, and google maps lets me choose roads I can go by bike on,so that very helpfull, and the places I planned to sleep are also very near sea,but I can all change of course,if anything happens, like being too tired to cycle the km I planned,or flat tire...anything like that, but everything can be modified on-route.
